Our products are stocked at different warehouses, then we can fulfill the order separately based on the location of the inventory. We will give priority to arrange the delivery from the warehouse in your local area or the warehouses near you. If an item is oversold, then assign the order to the priority location where the item is stocked.
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.

We’ll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it’s reported lost or items are damaged. It is optional, you will be able to uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.

We processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items or custom orders may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.
